ChlorGuard D Drive Shaft

Manufactured from stainless steel this patented drive provides a very user friendly mechanism to close off the gas valves which is simple for the operator to remove and engage.

Description	Telescopic spring loaded drive shaft fitted with dog clutch and universal joint
Size	Length determined on contract basis
Drive Attachment ~ Airdrive	Universal joint with drive slot
Drive Attachment ~ Drum	Handwheel - drive pins (flanged end)
Dog Clutch	Allows independent rotation of shaft for ease of connection or disconnection of shaft. Releases tension on shaft after closure.
Locking Nut	Sets dog clutch for operating position. Drilled for 'C' spanner for release if required.
Drive Pin	Drum spindle - drive recess Drum spindle - flanged drive recess with tapped holes for adaptors
Protection	Fitted with a shear pin (universal joint)
